No Annual Obligation Required. Service begins the date that your intitial payment is processed. You'll be charged the rate stated. You may choose by user rate for month-to-month service OR may choose to pay an annual contract, your rate will be discounted for this annual term.
Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on a pur-chase unless you have paid annually. No Refund pertains to all monthly based accounts. Credits toward additional users or moving to an annual term can apply
We must receive your cancellation 5 DAYS before the start of the next billing cycle. Our apologies, but we must be given time to make the adjust-ments in the automated billing system. Anytime after the start of the next billing cycle, you will be charged for the full month and we will cancel for the next cycle.
All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST BE DONE 5 DAYS before the start of the next billing cycle. No Exceptions.
